  Got a pizza and found, what looked like, a pubic hair (definitely not a head hair). I'm more overly disgusted that I wasn't given a sincere apology from the manager.

  Total stuff up on their website. Some how I clearly ordered delivery yet my nearest store went to Warwick but as pick up. Presumably due to the fact they don't deliver to Glengarry in Duncraig. This was noticed by me after tracking the pizzas online. Anyway after a prolonged phone call I paided my extra $11 to change this website error to a delivery. Yet minutes later after paying i'm told they don't deliver to my area. Happily I ask for a refund thinking not to much of their computer glitch.
  Anyway to my surprise the manager has the gall to tell me he won't refund my pizzas even though their domino's online ordering site has made an error. An error he insisted can't ever happen. Yet clearly his skills in IT are lacking but that's beyond the point. Anyway he points me in the direction of head office & then the phone calls over abruptly after he insists i'm wasting his time.
  Or so I thought, seconds later i'm getting pestered by the same Manager to except my $11 deliver refund. I insisted no i'd rather get the full refund in one hit and the phone call ends.
  30 seconds later I get the same call again virtually demanding I take the $11 refund now. Again I refuse and hang up. By now he's just wasting my time and waking up my Children.
  However once more I get a call this time insisting he can deliver my pizzas, strange yes I know given the last 20 minutes of wasted time. Anyway I declined and shall contact head office in the morning for a full refund.

  got email off them today 02/03/2017 giving 40% discount off pizzas today only and tried online but wouldn't work so called store to try it that way and got told simply no we will not honour it when email specifically said for this store only
  so waited to speak to manager and 1 minute later got hung up on
  have used this store in past and was fine as you got good service but after this never again
